hello@keyline-mis.comWebsite access and technical logs
When you visit, your browser transmits technical information to the web server, including your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and, where applicable, error messages. This supports page delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is operating a secure and reliable website.
Contact forms, demos and callbacks
The form collects your name, print shop and email address, plus an optional phone number and message. It also transmits your optional demo interest and privacy consent. Your details are forwarded to our team by email so that we can handle your request and contact you.
The consent requested in the form covers this purpose under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply where an inquiry concerns steps towards a contract. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Providing your data is voluntary. The form cannot be submitted without the required details and consent. You can alternatively contact us directly by phone or email. You can withdraw consent for future processing at any time using the contact details above.
Retention and deletion
We process inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and related correspondence. If a contractual relationship follows, relevant information is processed to perform that contract. Business records subject to statutory retention duties are retained for the applicable legal period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Other retention periods depend on the purpose: technical logs support operation, troubleshooting and security; inquiry data supports ongoing correspondence. Personal data is deleted when no longer needed, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims require otherwise.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to the people handling your inquiry and technical service providers where needed for hosting, maintenance and email communication. Data is not shared for advertising purposes.
We use Render Services, Inc. (USA) for hosting. Render provides a data processing agreement incorporating EU Standard Contractual Clauses and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Operation and support may involve transfers to the USA even when a European server location is used. Render’s data processing agreement describes subprocessors and transfer safeguards. The German AWS resources used for the Keyline application are separate from this notice covering the marketing website.
Render – Data Processing AddendumWe use Postmark (AC PM LLC, USA) to send contact inquiries. Form details and email data needed for delivery are transmitted to Postmark and processed in the USA. Postmark provides a data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Open and link tracking are disabled for these messages. Postmark’s data protection information describes processing, retention periods and transfer safeguards.

We use a technically necessary session cookie to protect forms against forged requests and remember your choice between informal and formal German. Session information is sent back to our website on subsequent visits. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; doing so may restrict these functions.
Storage and access for these expressly requested functions are based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Related personal data processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in secure forms and your chosen presentation. We use no analytics, advertising or remarketing tools.
